The questions members actually ask. Anything else — a human reads every message at support@pickleballskilllevels.com or (210) 438-2772.

How is my level worked out?

Start with the free skill check — 12 honest questions about your real game. After that, your rating on the site moves with proof: logged matches count most (60%), film work (25%), and drills on your weakest shots (15%). It never moves because you say so — that's what makes the Skill Card worth showing.

When do I check my level again?

Every 30 days. Your home screen shows the next check-in date, and we email you when it's due. Each retest keeps your full history on the climb chart, so you can see the trend, not just the number.

What does Pro include, and what does it cost?

One plan, everything: your weekly plan that adapts to your matches, unlimited coach chat, film review, courses, crew leagues, and the full video library. $12/month or $79/year — during the launch offer (through Nov 30, 2026) your first period is half price: $6 or $39.50. Full detail on the pricing page.

How do I pause or cancel?

Profile → Membership & Billing → Manage. That opens your Stripe billing page, where you can pause or cancel in two taps. Cancelling stops renewal — you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends. No email-us-and-wait, no retention maze.

How do accounts work? Why is there no free signup form?

Your account is created when your first payment succeeds — the activation email sets your password. If you leave checkout before paying, no account exists and nothing is charged. It keeps fake and duplicate accounts out of the ratings.

What is the Skill Card?

Your passport: your proven level, your six shot scores, matches logged, and when you were last tested — on one card you can share with a link. Organizers use it to place you fairly. Your public link is off until you turn it on in Profile → Privacy.

Where do the courts come from?

Our own verified list — checked by hand, city by city, starting from San Antonio and Dallas and growing across all 50 states. If a state shows “verifying now,” that's honest: we'd rather show nothing than a scraped list. Browse courts by state.

I found a problem with my rating or my data.

You can download everything we hold on you from Profile → Your Data, and delete the account from the same place. If something looks wrong, email us first — rating history is kept exactly so we can walk it back with you.

Don't know your level yet?

That's the one thing everything else builds on. Two minutes, free.
