Plain-words note shown on the site: "We never sell your data." This policy

is the full version of that promise. DRAFT — not legal advice; owner review

before launch.

1. What we collect

  • Account: name, email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider,

Supabase — we never see or store your plain password).

  • Your setup answers: ZIP/location you give us, playing preferences,

experience, goals, dominant hand, paddle, and an optional DUPR rating you

choose to link.

  • Your game data: skill-check answers and results, logged matches and

scores, drill and course progress, coach conversations.

  • Your film: videos you upload for Film Review, and the analysis we

produce from them.

  • Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a payment

confirmation and the last four digits of your card — never the full number.

  • Automatic data: device/browser basics and usage analytics (GA4) that

tell us which pages and features are used.

2. What we do with it

  • Run the product: compute your Skill Level, build your plan, find courts

near the location you saved, power your coach, crew, league and Skill Card.

  • Send the emails and notifications the product promises (results, receipts,

film-ready, progress, account warnings such as declined cards). Marketing

email, if any, is separate and always optional.

  • Improve the product in aggregate. We look at patterns across members, not

at individuals, except when you ask for support.

3. What we never do

  • We never sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data

brokers, not to anyone.

  • Your film is never shared, never sold, and never used in marketing.

It is used only to produce your review and your plan.

  • We never post anything publicly in your name.

4. Your public Skill Card

  • Your card link is off until you turn it on in Profile → Privacy.
  • What the public sees when it is on: your display name, city, Skill Level,

strongest shot, match count. Your weakest shot is hidden from opponents'

scout views when you turn on "hide my rating details" (scout-hide).

  • Turning the link off takes the public page down immediately.

5. Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and data storage), Resend (email),

Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics (usage measurement), and the AI provider

used for coaching and film analysis. Each receives only what its job needs.

Film is sent to the analysis provider solely to generate your review.

6. Your rights — download and delete

  • Download: Profile → Your Data → Download my data gives you a file with

your ratings, matches, answers and notes.

  • Delete: Profile → Your Data → Delete my account erases your game data,

film and profile, and takes your public card down immediately. Payment

receipts are kept only as anonymized financial records the law requires.

  • Deletion is permanent. We cannot recover a deleted account.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies (sign-in, session) and analytics cookies (GA4).

No advertising trackers.

8. Children

Pickleball Skill Levels accounts are for players 13 and older; paid plans

require an adult payment method holder.

9. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we email members before it

takes effect and note the change at the top of this page.
